Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders received before 13:00 are processed the same day. Orders received after 13:00 will be processed the following working day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail 48 Tracked service and will be delivered in 2-3 days. Orders under £17 will incur a £4 shipping fee. Orders over £17 will incur no shipping fee.
We also offer a next day service using Royal Mail 24 Tracked. The fee for this delivery service is £5 and can be chosen at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
FAFF Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the UK.
