We have a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your order you can contact us at hello@faff.coffee for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns of coffee due to the nature of it being a fresh product. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Refunds
Once we process your refund you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
